Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Gurgaon & Jammu. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also lead the sales team, oversee staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective handling of sales inquiries and problem resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in sales management, sales planning, and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and staff training
